We’ve Made Some Changes to Support You in These Difficult Times

Since the outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK, we’ve seen volatility in the recruitment sector. And though there isn’t a great deal of clarity around what’s coming next, we know for certain that the charity sector still needs hardworking and passionate employees to keep things moving.

That’s why we’ve made a few changes to our job listings to help you find the best people despite any financial limitations you may be facing.

Here’s everything we’re currently offering for our clients during the Covid-19 pandemic.

All ads are now live for up to 60 days

Need to freeze recruitment or take things a bit slowly? No problem! We’ve extended our ads from 30 to 60 days to allow you all the time you need to find the perfect candidate. As a default, all ads have been automatically switched to be live for 60 days from the posting date, but you can log in and update that if you prefer the duration to be a bit shorter.

That way, your ad has more time to be discovered by a wider range of candidates. It also allows you more time to consider the remote recruitment options available to you. If you have any questions about this, just give your account manager a call—they’d be happy to help.

But remember, there’s only so much we can do on our end. If you’re happy for us to keep the job ad up for a longer period, just double check to make sure it’s live for the same amount of time on your website. Otherwise, candidates won’t be able to apply.

Then we’ve got you covered. Any charities buying bulk ad credits have the option to spread their payments over two to ten months—depending on spend—completely interest-free with no direct debit needed. We don’t want you to have to stress over money, especially when the financial stability of the sector is so uncertain.
